If it has to be street legal, bolt a supercharged four pot to a morris minor. I've seen a few of these with various engine combos that can lay waste to rubber.

For a dedicated burnout machine try a V8 mini or moke, or for easier conversion a Gemini.

There was a twin turbo 351 Excel at Summernats two years ago in the burnout comp, went alright til it hit the wall. How about a similiar set up with an 8/71 blower out the bonnet!!

Small light cars though flick around awesome and are very manuverable but lack the amount of smoke of the heavy cars. Smoke wins burnouts comps.

The only other way to make tons of smoke in a light car is wheelspeed and a decent amount of rubber and not cheesecutters. Remember this when building. And also, bang for buck, go a carby fed V8. Dont muck around with EFI turbos and rotors. Plus a v8 will be able to turn high diff ratios with fat rubber to get the smoke you so much desire.

What about a honda city or something? They're small but big somehow, I managed to fit most of the front end of a 120y into 1!
