My simple guess is - You didnt find it because this site isnt the Queensland DOT.
You dont ask the butcher how much the milkman sells milk for, do you?
We can all tell you that you can fit XXX motor. But it isnt us approving it.
I like to know the correct things before I waste my money.

hi all.. ive been reading past posts for the last 2 days and have seached my heart out on the internet for an explanation on vehicle standards in QLD. What i want to know is, is what is the max capacity of an engine for a 1200 in QLD? i have read about NSW 1825 forced induction 2190 naturally aspirated, and that rotaries are counted as double. But i cant find any helpful info that will answer my question, can i install a 12a/ 13b turbo into my 1200? and have it legally engineered and registered for steet? All i have found out is that i need to get it approved by an approved person.. does that mean anything goes in QLD as long as an approved person says its all good? sorry, but I cant find the specifics on the code of practice hence my asking this question.
-thank you
OZ
