Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase a set of these wing trims as mine have been sprayed. I have sourcedthe RH one on eBay but thought I would ask if anyone had a pair for sale, or just the LH one?

Hey DarkAngel,
Well, firstly DONT buy that one on eBay!!! It is for the C110 series Skyline, not the C210. The stainless steel trim is different.

These things are very very rare to find in decent condition, as usually they have been bashed around a bit. I have searched high and low for good trim for my C110 since I first got it and have not really found anything. I ended up having it all repaired and professionally polished. It was not that expensive. From the pictures in another thread I saw of your car yours look to be in excellent condition! So I would seriously consider just having them stripped and polished instead.

Who did you get to do the fixing and polishing of the brightwork?

Hi Mate, I went to a place recommended by a fellow member here (Rob / Razor) in Brisbane that specialises in electroplating and they sent it out to a guy in Toowoomba who specialises in stainless steel repair. Apparently one of two guys who really knows how to work with it in Qld!

Anyway, the guy has such a huge demand on his services that it took FOUR MONTHS (originally quoted 6 weeks) to get my stuff back. To be fair he did a very good job on them, but some pieces are not quite correct in shape/form - to be expected I guess. They fit well enough, I'm just a perfectionist bastard
