i dont think unleaded will harm your engine. i run regular unleaded in my A14 and it runs fine. i cant even notice a difference between regular and premium gas.

I think it would depend on where you lived.

If your in NSW I doubt it.

Having said that I have seen fj20 turbos engineered which supposedly isnt allowed.

The A12 already has hardened valve seats.

Just start using Unleaded. Some people like to use the additive if they are racing, but almost all sorts of road driving unleaded will be fine.

Reports of engines running slightly warmer on the freeway have been quoted, but nothing too bad.
