Manifold Flange Cad Files??

Hey, just wondering if anyone has cad files they have used to make flanges for inlet and exhaust manifolds (oval port A14).

Would make it easier for me to get them laser cut (rather than having to draw them up).

If you do, let me know. Most formats ok, but l guess autocad is preferred by most laser cutters.

Can't you scan a plot into CAD? ie draw around a gasket scan it and add it as a file?

That is how I would do it scan the gasket in with some measurements on it so you can scale the picture to the correct size and then you can trace around the outside, would only take 5 or ten minutes to do it. I do it all the time with old house plans etc that are in imperial dimensions

I have a couple of CAD style programs none can open it.

i didn't use auto cad or autodesk inventor because i couldn't find my run disks. i used this program i downloaded in less than 5min from E- machine shop

]it is a pretty easy program. the company will even build the part if you want.
