too much black now 4nik8.... maybe a lighter color to match the new red carpet on the oval shaped bit on the dash around you guages.... needs more highlights... but like i can talk with my coupes spotlight dash.

i take it you don't let it warm up enough before you nail it??? This causes excessive wear on the seals and in this case it's evident by teh white smoke......

I'm pretty keen on giving it a go myself now... how did you go about it?
What do you use for foam? or did you go over top of existing?

it may have not broken in fully either before nailing it. if it's a new rebuild it's not nice to beat on it for a few thousand miles ( or a few hundred at least. )
