It looks the same as a 720/Navara ute unit, except these have a 2 pinion shaft and a thrust block. Both mine are 4 pinion, converted from 2 pinion. I believe the early 200SX had a same unit as yours Sidedraught, except they had M10 C/w bolt holes so I'm not exactly sure what yours would have been out of originally. Maybe it was just a motorsports diff.
