I'm thinkin about there're diffrent between leaf spring and coil spring which coils can be more comfortable.. but the leaf more stronger.. Am i right..?

This is between B110 and B310..

It's not about strength. Either one can handle strength. In this case the B310 rear is stronger and handles more weight.

The coils are smoother riding inherently due to less friction and (I would guess) lower unsprung weight.

The B310 rear suspension is a four-link design which is generally more performance oriented than a plain leaf suspension.

Dattodude has converted his 1200 sedan to rear coils supporting a R31 diff i believe. Check his website he has a lot of pics.

Most of these conversions use larger, heavier differentials, so the ride does not get smoother ...

I mean that 4 link system or what ever like this dattodude's 4 link we can see how they make and join the gear box and body.. or can we use parts from B310 and weld to B110?

That is probably impossible, since Mercedes is a heavy car and Datsun 1200 is a light car. You could weight down the 1200, they do ride much smoother with 200 pounds of weight in the back. The prime factor in a smooth ride is the ratio between car weight and the unsprung weight of the suspension components. Secondarily is the suspension design.

But, to get closer to "smooth ride" like that, you would need Indepent Rear Suspension(IRS), and very light rear components. For example, the Datsun 510 (1600) does this to good results, but remember the 510 also weighs 25% more than a 1200.

More practically for a 1200, this means keeping the small H145 diff and using fibreglass monoleaf springs. So far no one has reported how well this works.
