I dont have a 120Y buy I put mine in the glove box because my car spends a chunk of time in parking lots, its little out of the way to change stations and such but I rather have it there than out in the open. I dont really mind if they steal the cd player, I just dont want Dash, Windows, doors w/e butcherd.

i cut the back out of my glove box then bracketed the cd player down inside so that i could shut the glove box flap that way its concealed so no one can flog it yet its still in reach while driving (tricky but in reach!) and yeah ya dont have to butcher the dash or anything

i took out the old radio in between the wipers and lighter and cut out the dash in the size of my head unit, it was a magor job in the end cause theres metal behind the layor of dash and there isent even a millimetre space between the wipers and dash, really tight fit ill put up picks when i can prob tomorro.

In my old 120y i put mine where the clock, and the container is above the pic above.

Kept the orig in its place, fairly easy and plenty of room!

Glovebox would also be good...

i kind of want to keep it in the dash not in the glove box, because having it in the glove box seems like it would be a pain in the butt. but thanks for all your opinions

Personally when i do put a cd player into my 1200 it'll go into the glove box because i'd rather it be a pain in the ass and not cut up my dash and/or make it look stupid and out of place. there'd be this nice old cool looking dash and then this bright new cd player right in the middle.

Also the speakers are going to go under the dash in the corners so as you cant see them at all. That'll be sweet as.
