I'm currently removing stanza struts and replacing them with 120Y struts

why? Because Stanza struts stick out too bloody far! I've got 15" wheels i want to use, and they fit perfectly on 120Y struts, but Stanza is just rediculous!
Braking be damned, i want the bling!

I know of a 120Y with corona hubs, 200B disks and commodore callipers (something like that, big brakes) that I will buy when I get the $$$

2nd was a little more of a stress than the 1st .... knew what was coming

for the second undid the nut till it was real close to the end of the thread then stood back and slowly did the rest with only finger tips on the end of the rachet ...... BANG !!! then find the socket and nut in the garden

I think I'll invest the $60 or so in a pair when my time comes. My face aint pretty but I like it the way it is. You got some guts taking of the strut tops with them.

ive got 120y brakes/struts, and im wondering why the tech section mentions it as a brake upgrade, i guess ive never had stock 1200 brakes, but the 120y setup is awful for stopping, im thinking of getting the stanzas but whant to know if u can use old skyline setups, or the 240k setup?

1200 sedans and wagons (i think) have drums all round so any disk brake setup wopuld be an upgrade

Starting 8/76, B210s got larger front brake pads and calipers than the B110. These were HB210 models with the A14 engine. A12-powered B210s may have continued to use the smaller brakes.

In australia, where "local content" was used on some Datsuns, the brakes may be different.
