Datsun 1200 ute FJ20 Turbo

Hey everyone,
I just joined this site and I cant to hear what everyone has... I have 1200 ute with an FJ20 Turbo that I have been building over the last 5 yrs, it has a Hilux diff, Commodore tunnel, its midnght blue with green pearl, white dash and trim and much more. And I have come to the conclusion that the motor is too big and too powerful for this car. Which is unfortunate because it is a beautiful car and was a very hard find. The engine has forged pistons shot peened and crack tested, Port and polsihed head and O-ringed (only standard turbo for the time being) . But Im faced with the dillema of what car should I put my engine in?? It must be a Datsun but i will take other suggestions. I was thinking of 200B which will have great engine bay space and not many people do them up ( I may be wrong but I havent seen many) but for some reason they are hard to find these days ... I was sure about 3 yrs ago they where a dime a dozen any ideas please feel free to suggest

Why do you consider it to be too powerful? Have you considered de-tuning the motor till you are comfortable with it?

I've seen a few FJ20T 200B's that I thought were pretty cool, but you're right there's not as many done-up ones going around as say 1600's or 1200's. If you could find a 200B coupe that would be cool with an FJ20 in it.
Another option is an old Stanza, they're pretty easy to find. And I like the look of the later ones with the square headlights when they are cleaned up a bit. What are you going to do with the ute shell??? You should put up some pics of it for us to see

The motor is too big physically to begin with, but I have already sorted that out. My problem is rego and the motor will be too powerful when I put a To3/To4 (I wanna be able to drive on the street.) If I go ahead with the ute It will only be a Track car.
A 200b SSS coupe is my dream but good luck finding one lol You will see some pics very soon when I get my camera back, but I will be selling the ute if thats the last option
