ive seen a dash just like the 1 u have planned in a ute in a magazine a while ago.
id say go with an electrical speedo because if you have a 5spd or have done any sorta ratio swapping in your gearbox then chances are your speedo is out anyway.
im not to sure how a digital speedo works though.....

the electric ones are the go because they accept the standard cable input and the electronics work out the right speed and are easy to callibrate by driving under 45mph for exactly 2 miles no matter what your diff ratio or how often you change your diff ratio the unit is always easy to recallibrate. let me know how your custom dash assembly goes, coz i wouldnt mind doing one myself. cheers.

This is the link to the gauges im going to use http://www.autometer.com/cat_gaugedetail.aspx?gid=3486&sid=17 Tye.

Does anyone have a straight yes they will or not they wont fit answer ? Dont forget i still gotta have room for my lights/wipers and cig lighter gotta squeeze it between all them. i dont see why they would not fit as the coupe or ute dash both have 3 large gauges in the standard dash

yeah i tried something similar. just try and make sure that the guages are close enough together that you can see them through your steering wheel when your sitting in your seat, or it will make things a bit more tricky.

good luck

get electrical gauges, your install will be much easier.
