With the 1200 the conversion would be easy as.....keep steering column, swap pedal box over, obtain LHD dash obtain LHD wiper motor and gearing/linkages swap brakes lines over, obtain and fit LHD steering linkages. I reckon a solid weekend for you and 2 mates, frieght from japan forget it

I see a alot of cars down hear changed over from LHD to RHD but i dont know if there are people in the US that do it.I'd say there should be.

because your in NY thats good because you can get it from the dock.There are auction houses in japan so the best bet would be to find some to buy you a car from one of them(one of the members from japan might be able to help).

I know from friends getting cars from japan it costs about 3kAU for the shipping.So to the US would be less than that.

does anybody know if one can import a right hand drive 1200,120y(b210) or b310 sunny to the US and how much will cost and what will i require...also has anyone ever converted any of these cars from lhd to rhd and how long did it take and what is procedure for doing this??
