well a little bad news today,i havnt been on here for a while,because of my computer being fryed but power cuts in our area,
i also lost a bit of info from my hard drive including pictures and ute info ,so it has set me back a bit ,
dam computers!!!!!
any way theres not much in the way of updates due to money and time needed to repair this computer,but heres a few small bits and pieces that i can put up,

well i managed to do a few small things today but first ,a hole bunch of goodies has arrived ..

the rear end bushes
and the rest of the front bushes

and a set of new brake disk rotors

also i got ::::::

a set of new door handles
new rear chrome tail lights
new front indicators
new wheel bearings
new front brake hoses


so a few more parts to add to the collection!!!

now today didnt get much done but this is what i managed to do.

replaced the new bushes into the lower arms and primed up the headlight surrounds
painted front end caliper bolts
strut bots
disk bolts
and a tie rod bar
and 2 x front hubs

also started to clean the front calipers

heres a couple of shots...............

well started to assemble the disks

well a few small things ,basicly at the moment im working on the front steering and suspenion getting things painted and freshened up and sorting out the new parts needed,
so i have to assemble the disks with new bearings
fitt the backing plates
fit the new disk/hubs on
paint a few more small parts
fit new gas shocks,which im waiting on,
then look at the tower tops,maybe ajustable

once thats all under control,
i can move on to the calipers that need to be striped cleaned painted rebuilt etc,

then after that well see ..............

Wish you'd done it to a coupe so i could buy it with rallycar's money so he doesnt need his 180sx ^_^

ok well small update here,
just finished assembling the disks to struts,
heres a few pics


ok so heres a strut thats been painted and cleaned ready for the parts......

next attatched the backing plate....

next the bearings were packed with grease using the magic grease tool.....

then new bearings fitted to disk hubs and packed in alot of grease for good measure,,,,,,

then new disks with new bearings and painted hub attached to the strut bolted on and new split pins fitted just about finished.................

next up im going to rebuild and paint the brake calipers so that they can be bolted onto the struts then hoses fitted etc
