rear brake drums.

i wondering if there are some rear brake drums that are about 5 to 10 mm wider at the rear that will go onto the stock h145 backing plates... basically i want to widen the rear track leaglly without spacers or diff conversion.

so would 180b or similar drums be same size and slightly wider?
