I bought a 'One Man Bleeder' from Repco a while back & it seems to work just fine.

just get your missus or next door neighbour to pump the pedal for you. start at the furthest away from the the master cylinder and wok towards the closest. and bleed you master cylinder as well if you still have sponginess.

if you have an air compressor you can get an automatic bleeder, or if you have a look around or just ring up a few tool suppliers and ask them if they have a brake bleeder device that one person can use, I have heard of them, but yeah you'll probably have to buy something or just wait for someone to give you a hand.

can anyone suggest, or does anyone know if and how you can bleed brakes by yourself ??

it's all i have left to do so that i can get it in for a wheel alignment
