Changing My Dash Facia ... |

So yesterday I completely pulled my dash out as i am changing my facia to the round dials and one with a rpm guage. So when i got the old one out i just hooked the facia up to see if everything worked, but what i found was when i put the indicator on to go right the left indicator comes on and when i put it on to go left the oil light starts flashing lol. So im guessing some wires have to be rearranged to suite ? If so which ones and would an auto electrician do a job like this ?
