what is the difference between a J15 and an A15

i was just wondering if anybody new if there is possibly any differences between a J15 out of a datsun 1500 ute and an A15 that is in my coupe. are any parts interchangable?

every thing is different
a j15 is based on a morris Bseries engine it also has a cast iron head
