I mean, when you install an SR20DE or a CA18DE engine with the respective transmision how far back the stick shift move
inside the car.

I'm using the SR20 trans, and the shifter is moved back about 5".

There are tranny combinations thatv wil lkeep the shifter very near the stock location.

Also, with my VG30DE 1600, the shifter is back about 5" fron stock as well, and I
actually LIKE it there.
