Wow thats a heck alot of damage for that speed!!! You sure are lucky ... I managed this 2yr ago at ~100km/h wasnt so lucky but cos i carnt walk

Good to hear that all is ok (except for the car). Would have been death in a 1200. A lot of inexperienced drivers don't think about 'whats over the hill', or' whats around that blind corner'. Or 'will that kid run out onto the road'. Driving is more than who is right and wrong. It's about identifying hazards and avoiding them. Getting from A to B is merely an effect of avoiding hazards successfully. Same rules on the racetrack. Enough ranting from me. I've never crashed at speeds above 10kmh  Always low speed bingles, typical for Sydney. So I have no interesting learning experiences to share.

holy crap! thats bad i hit a pile of cinderblocks at 70mph in my '81 210 convertible put the driv'er's tire/wheel THROUGH the fenderwell and caught my ankle between it and the clutch pedal i limped it home after chaining the control arm to the bumper support the left side axle tube was bent and it shattered both left side wheels

I'd say you are very lucky to escape relatively unharmed from that. Worst i've done is roll my old 120Y at about 20km/h. Didnt get hurt just tipped the car back over and drove off
