A15 Block but A12 head i think

Hey guys
i got a pic of this but i cant upload them.. can sumone help.. i reckon its a12 head it has circle unless thats just my eyes cheers

see the block is an a15.. but the head i dnt no bout.... any others advice?

Looks A12 to me - does your intake bolt holes match it? It looks like they do from your pic.
I don't have experience mixing and matching these heads - I dont imagine it's too much of a drama though using the A12 on the A15.

wouldnt it give higher compression ratio with the smaller chamber area? Also less flow as the valves are 1mm smaller arent they?

nah there a12 intake and exhaust manifolds..
how much power lose would there be with using the a12 head??

You'd only lose it on the top end mainly and hmmm maybe 5-10hp? The intake valve area is lower so the top end hp will be lower as a result - but look at the diff b/w A12 and A14 - it's only about 15hp.
