i didnt turn the S/C on verry often because it made to much noise under the bonnet how can u just turn it on and off? i thort they were driven constantly by either a chain, gears or a belt. do u have a blet that is short enough to bypass the s/c?

the toyota superchargers have a pully just like on a air conditioner pump i have it wired to a switch on my dash.
On the toyota they are wired in to the computer to come on at certain revs to save fuel in trafic

well it has basicly got the air filter bolted straight on the side of the supercharger so the induction noise sounds like you have a big air compressor runing under the bonet. which is exactly what it is. some people like the noise but for me it is just anoying especialy at higher revs=It also attracts a lot of atenttion andi dont want a defect

it is down on power at the moment due to the rong thickness head gasket and a leaky blow off valve it is only making 62rwkw
but it has made around 100rwkw
