A 1.3l engine is below the "20% increase of capacity" rule does that mean you dont need an engineers certificate?

A15 are the best in my mind. Yea a ca or even an sr would be INSANE even a de one but the cost is way to much.
I would be way more happier having a s/c a15 or turbo a15 and spending around 3g or so (done yourself) rather than having a beastly ca but forking out bazillions.
Just my thoughts though. I woudnt say no to a 12at or 4age or 13b just not as oldschool kool.

i would say best bang for $$$ is a series, and pretty a series damn reliable.

but my personal untimate would be Honda F20C.... who can sa na and vtec to 9000 rpm. can you picture it, vtec sidways action at 6000rpm wen the second cam lobe kicks in and the rear end kicks out.... mmmm

Or my 2zz from my corola for 8200rpm of insane sounds....also shame its east west engine.

Hmmm that give me an idea for the K20a2 i have just brought 147kw who cares about east west any thing is possible.... Just modify an RWD gearbox
