a bit of Australian Rally history:
![]() This 120Y was built by Murray Coote - a rally legend and one of the best shock absorber guys in the country currently, also responsible for the fastest RWD time attack car at last year's WTAC! Driven here at Echo Valley when owned by Ray Vandersee who continued the development of the car. It had L20, FIA head and Option 1 box.

This baby needs a lot of work but worth doing due its rarity (at least over here!)
![]() The cylinder head is A87. Is it original to the L14T? The original twin SU has long gone but I have a spare L18T I might create a build thread when the time comes. I'm sure I'll need to ask a lot of questions then but this is a 1200 forum ![]()

PB210 (L14-powered B210) came with L14S single carburetor. Twin carburetor L14T was an option.

A87 was one of the original head castings for PB210.

Thanks DD
I'm looking to use the L18T's crank, conrods and pistons. Which head is better? The A87 or the 910 SSS L18T head? I think the Excellent GX came with twin SU as standard (so far I've only seen one PB210 GX with L14S like the DX and GL though the later GB211 featured L16S across all models, as far as I know). This one certainly had twin SU as it says 95PS on the VIN plate and other GX features. L14S should have 85PS only, like my other PB210 which started life as a GL. The interior (centre console is B310's so needs to be replaced ) :![]()

Dunno which head is best. But L20B heads I think are not good as they have diffferent chamber size than L14/L16.

LED lights? Will look great at night!
I think R32 lights are of the same size and look very similar to the original ones. You can view topic.
