Hey guys. Just thought I'd share pics of my baby going home for a restoration job. Here are pics of the day I picked her up...She's a 1975 Datsun 120y coupe...Very rare this side of the world... LOVE IT!!

Good score Robbie! Looks to be in good condition still. It seems Kenyan KB210 is better-specced than ours. Ours doesn't even have a tachometer. Gear console is smaller. But then we also have the highest spec JDM KB210GX which I believe can be ordered new back then, in addition to used ones sold by grey importers.
What about the white one you posted photos of earlier?

SharmCos...where you from? Well thanks alot mate. I've not seen any GX MODEL this side of the world. And I've only seen 2 120y coupes. You won't beleive it but the owner of the white one who I'd paid a deposit suddenly got the jitters and refused to sell his coupe to me. He even returned the money to me!!! Claimed he had been with it too long and couldnt bear the thought of selling her (mind you he doesnt even use the car). I was so pissed but kept hunting and finally landed on this sweet red one. She is currently at the garage getting a new floor, new paint, overhaul engine and new interior. CANT WAIT TO DRIVE HER AROUND!!

I'm from Malaysia. LOL I won't sell any of my cars too. I still have a couple of Mk1 Escorts lying around. Have been receiving a lot of offers for them but I won't sell 'cos I've had them for quite a long time and will restore them in the future.
There are quite a few KB210s over here but not as abundance as the 4-door sedan. Suprisingly most are GX imports. I currently have a local-spec one, in the process of turning it into a KPB210 and also a GX for spares. We do have a local model GX sedan but it's only a name, not a true GX. What about the yellow one?

The yellow one is my red coupe stripped down and sprayed anti rust as they work on it.
