i've seen e-series heads on a-series, that was pretty cool and apparently not too difficult good luck! and yeah theres been a lot of talk of these things before and probably a few members currntly trying it

cant you make grooves in the block so the valves can open properly?

that vauxall head COMPLETELY covers the pushrod holes by the looks of it.
a lot easier - but how hard are they to find...
