It is, but split it between the two of you and I reckon it would be better than any holiday...

He could have borrowed my A12 (1300cc) - I'd be curious to see how it goes
Actually, I'm surprised that they let him enter with the spoilers and flared guards... It's kinda temping me to flare my guards slightly...

He went over the rules with a fine toothed comb so anything you saw on his car was allowed at that event. I gotta say though she looks different in this guise, I'm used to seeing it's gravel setup

It states this:
"Spoilers and flares available as racing or rally options are not permitted." In regards to aerodynamic aids it states: "these must be from a recognised model (see definition at SR 301.7.4) of the same body shape, and the items must be fitted in accordance with the total original package configuration" So I'm wondering which 1200 came out with those bits on it? Anyway, without wanting to start an argument, as has been the case in the past, the organisers of the Classic Adelaide will let whoever compete with whatever if they say so. All I can say is that I'm glad Ian was there because at least there was a 1200 out there going hard!

By all means I don't want to start an argument either. It'll be good to see the coupe again when she's back, such a nice car

Tim Possinghams RX4 had aftermarket stuff on it too, By the sounds of it the new director of the event sort of made his own rules Cheers. Adam.

saw the Classic Adelaide footage on Saturday - Ian got a fair bit of exposure thanks to his usual excuberant driving style. Good to see! And the coupe looked awesome in tarmac spec!
