the valves start floating @ around 6700, but the springs are stock and i have never checked them out.
i seriously doubt it's any different than what came in a stock 210

some had fuel injection i think...
good luck finding one.
some came with LPG carbs too, but i wouldn't use those carbs for a road car.

Both the vol1 (B110) and vol2 (B120) don't show this number in 1973.

I reckon it's a later model A12 piston:
