I've run out a few times. One time right as I was pulling into my gap.
Another time I was about 5 minutes from home and it ran out. However after about 2 minutes it started and I made it home. I guess the engine cooled and some gas fumes condensed, giving me enough fuel to go another 5km.

Hopefully when I get a working gas tank sensor it won't happen anymore cuz right now the needle is permanently on E.

yea,my 68 impala's fuel gauge dosent work.its got a 90 litre tank which dosent get filled that often $$$. also the lp gas system pooped itself but thankfully its only run out a few times,always during peak hour traffic! its too big and heavy to push so i just leave it and go get a jerry of fuel. screw everyone else,they can go round it!
