Kululadotgroen......Sorry we did not communicate well before. I will paste the response I posted under one of my pictures," 13X8 ", that is the name of the picture in the photo album. It is a long story, this will work as fine, all my feelings are presented in that response.

It has happened a while ago....but it still hunts me.....I am over it...but my concept of law enforcement lies down there with drug addicts and scammers.....rubbish!

Online! Re: 13X8
The law is corrupted and geared towards eliminating older cars that will be exempted ........( hence pay no more hefty smog fees nor pay for smog tests...not feeding the system ever )...... from smog regulations and in that way becoming a "black hole" from the perspective of the state.

Any car close to that time ( The exemption ) will be targeted.
The law leaves your car in limbo and easy prey for the other branch of the mafia to get at it, the" law enforcement" / "police".
By making it difficult , if not imposible , to smog your car, you pay the anual fees but get no stickers for the license plate. That makes your car easy prey. You are given a permit by the DMV to operate the car...but that permit is the carrot at the stick, because when stopped by a police officer, or if your car is parked, the police can and will tow it away , because in their definition, the car is "not registered". Not registered because it has no stickers.
This organized ring cares less about your smog issue nor the fact that the fees have been paid in full nor a DMV issued permit affixed to the car as instructed.
Once your car is gone, you can not get it back, because in order to do so, it must be "registered". To get it registered as such it has to be smogged, and being the vehicle at the impound lot, you will not be able to smog it.
When calling the DMV to clarify the issue and to ask them to notify the police that the car is in compliance with a DMV permit issued, fees paid and smog certification pending ...................

((((( part of the reason the car did not pass is that the emissions parts I.E air pump, selenoids of various kinds, valves , etc are no longer available. Note that car dealers / manufacturers" By Federal Law" are only required to sell the emissions related parts for 10 years after a vehicle hits the market. If the law says that a car has to be smogged for ever, for 30 years , currently 1975...32 years...you are screwed...because 22 years ago Datsun/Nissan ceased to sell emissions related parts for that particular model you may have..
You can not repair this smog system and your car will nopt be able to get through...carefully planned conspiracy)))))...........

.............. the "Poncious Pilatus" DMV washes its hands and responds that although the fees were paid, the police dept has free lance to interpret the law as it sees and feels fit.

Incredible, so you are basically ripped off your car, despite the fact you are compliying with the law.
That car would had been exempted in Jan 2005. It was sold in 1976, but manufactured in 1975. Only months away from exemption, but the "mafia" decided I did not deserve any benefit of the doubt, and, proceeded like a mafia.

I have 2 cars that went through this same dead end master plan. I am going to sue the state. yes, it sounds ludicrous, but with all the ammunition of documents I kept in file, I will prove that the authorities did not act in the best interest of a resident, but used the law in a manner that was not within the spirit of the law.

Revenge will be sweet. I am not looking for money, but I want to sink those involved in this dirty scam

...............that was my daily gulp of gasoline.....GGGRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

OK. Thanks for that. That is just wrong. I can't believe all of the stuff that I read here. I used to live in Colorado and I imagine that they were heading toward that same kind of system with their emission testing. I now live in FL and it seems less problematic here.

Good luck on your quest.

I just want to add this last paragraph.
Why would the state be so adamant in eliminating vehicles that are about to get exemption status, that are reaching the bench mark time ?. Because an exempted vehicle pays ....( like my recently acquired Datsun 710 1974 ) ..... 60 dollars to register it. That is it. Sixty dollars, ( 60.00 )
By taking your car away, you will feed the system, paying ( if buying a new car) thousands in taxes, fees, and registration.
A new vehicle or recent model will cost about a thousand dollars to register . Then you have the 33 years ( as of today ) in which that car, regardless of who owns it, 33 years that car will pay for emissions tests and fees related.

Multiply that by thousands , and in the whole nation, millions of people, we are talking major money, millions of dolars. It is easy to see why the approach by law enforcement and state agencies ....{{through the DMV and the Bureau of Auto repair , the thieves that run the smog test scam }}... is the approach that a mafioso guy or any organized ring would implement in order to eliminate the enemy.
To these corrupted officials, the exempted car is the enemy.

later guys.....

i'm pretty sure that an attorney could've saved your b210. typically officials won't lift a finger unless an attorney is involved

interesting and unrelated fact I learnt at work recently.

In the 1990s there were more attorneys (lawyers as we call them) in the state of Massachusetts (and by the way I had to Google that state name to be able to spell it) - so anyway more lawyers in the state of Massachusetts than in all of Japan.....

Now they have liability law in Japan they've got more lawyers....

Dgonz... I am not obsessed, just responding to inquiry. I made my signature show what I think in regard to the manipulation of the law and the total disregard for the rights of people because I want to raise awareness of what is going on. It is a tragedy that runs underground, and it has to stop.

I do not plan on writting diatribes and rants about what happened, but make no mistake, we are the arquitechs ( spelled right?? ) of our destiny, and we can not afford to allow manipulation of the law. Nobody cares untill it hits , when that happens, it feels as if fallen into a ditch , by yourself, at the mercy of that pack of Hyenas...the officials.

later..........
