The reason you run double valve springs is not just for the added seat pressure but it also better combats spring harmonics.

Ok..u mean some sort of a damper right?. So, are 4 washers enough to make it stiff, forget about the harmonics...

so i think i got it my A-12 intake will not work even with serious porting?

But my A-12 exhaust manifold will?

I should run a 74/80 cam do you have the exact specs for that cam?

What about running the SU's instaed of the webers?

Either way I need to find a intake manifold, any one got one cheap

lightened flywheel, electronic distributor? where do I look for one of those?

Lightened flywheel and crank

Balenced

where can i find roller rockers for the A-series?

flat top pistons

Any thing else?

How far can I bore the A-15, and what pistons do uses or where do I find them?

What aout a a stroker mod?

The Auto flex plate will not work for a flywheel unless you run the auto trans.

It just dont work that way

Greasemonkey, the A15 IS a stroked A14

Nah you really want to run an after market inlet and exhaust manifold.

Yeah SU's would be ok but if you can run webers do as there the best for an a series.

Best to ask David he knows the best places to get parts in the US.

You wont need roller rockers you can rev an A-series to 10k+ with out roller rockers and people do.

Just lighten them.

What do you mean damper ?

you can add washers(shims)to make it stiffer but you need to watch out because you can bind the springs.

Your just better off to get a set of double valve springs there only about $120AU

Can you stroke an A12? Yes.
How much? 7mm with stock parts.
Pistons? Use A15. [modified]
Bore size? 76mm, 76.5mm 77mm, 77.5mm* [*if you're game]
Auto flywheel? Auto's do not use a 'flywheel'

Bore & stroke? With a 77mm bore & a 77mm stroke you will get 1434cc & this duplicates the capacity of an A14 with a 'second oversize', or 1mm, overbore, but all in the low deck block.
