ok i am pretty shy when talking on the fone to people i don't know, and i have to fone and find a few things from engineers, and i don't wanna have them think they can BS me coz m a girl...how do i go about handling this.

You could ring them up and ask for their email address - tell them you more comfortable emailling your questions...might make it easier?

i did one better..........left my husbands number with them!!!! coz the ones i foned were either not there, on holidays or busy or r buy appointment only. left my number too
