Hi Pepper,

I had a go at this recently on the sunny, took a while but I ended up securing the strut (bolting it to the wheel and getting someone to stand on it), got a massive pair of those multi grip style things (that lock to size, think plumbers use them) and belting it with a large hammer.

Rooted the nuts but had gas shocks to go in anyway and they needed new ones. Oh and they go the normal way.

ive tried a whoppin big pair of multigrips, but i still cant budge the mongrels.
its not a left hand thread(200b strut) or something stupid is it and ive been tightening all the time??

what is the best way to get these bloody things out? im at my wits end with it!
they dont have the big hex doovers on em like the sunny struts!
they just wont budge
