What about a celica 5 speed?
They've been putting them behind 5 litre Holden & Ford V8's for years.

Cheaper than the Supra box & plenty strong enough for the 4AGE.

P.S: What induction you going to run?
ZE Supercharger....? I hear you can get a good boost increase kit for them.

shes goting turbo and making up as all the ae86 clan do a 4agte.... never existed never will, it is a 4agze with tubo conversion.

You can also get a kit that makes them turbo and supercharged. Superbahrger kicks in at low to mid rpm and then turbo up top end.
not huge power levels but drivability is markedly improved.

Meg, I suggest jumping on to TOYMODS.NET and asking how much people are paying for their RWD W5* Conversions. But $1k is not to bad, it's all the small things that add up. I cant belive how much the charge for the box. I got a W55 for $250!
You will find that 99% of people on there will suggest not using a Dellow bellhousing as they apparently are crap. They will suggest using a "niteparts" one I belive. But they come from NZ and are expensive. They did a group buy not long ago, I think it ended up $495 or so.
Now I noticed that you cann't fit the larger flywheel into the bellhousing you listed below. That could be problem. Most people that have had to use the smaller fly run into clutch problems. In a nut shell, to hold the power you will make you will need to run a higher pressure plate rating. Inturn affecting the driveability. Something to keep in mind.
17inch? It your car, your choice.
All the best
Nick

Thanks all

Its not the box that scares me.

Add up all in the list thats needed and its over 1000 just for a complete bellhousing.
Then box

Im looking at 1500 2000
for a box......stuff that.cant afford it.

Any ideas what will bolt on
sprinter t50

Or i was thinking to go a trimatic auto
And just get the addapter made up.
Does ant 1 else no what else has to be done to put a trimatic.

I can get 1 with a 2500 stall
shift kit
shiffter
Complete for 150

Then the adapter will be 400
then what do i need.

Think a custom auto will be cheepest and my brother said its the best for the drags and will never blow.

I heard rigoli got a trimatic.

Also found out that a model celica come out with a trimatic with different bellhousing
