Is there throttle body fuel injection for A series?
Turboron
Posted on: 2007/2/28 23:19
Does anyone know if throttle body fuel injection is made for the A12 like Holley makes for V8's? I would like to install fuel injection but want to keep it fairly simple. If not, what car is the easiest to use the fuel injection from?
If you want to see the start of my project, 73 coupe, check out my web site. Not much to see now but it's started. www.cyberdaddy.net Thanks guys

I have the genuine A series article (with adapter running a Commode tb), however GSX1100 bodies (or similar) on a weber man will work, marginally(!!!!!) cheaper than EFI hardware.

if throttle body fuel injection is made for the A12 Throttle-body fuel injection is in a form similar to a carburetor, where it bolts to a carb-style intake manifold. You should be able to adapt other units, or even use the Holley article.

Oh, ok then, twisted tongue- I have a commode tb on an A series PFI manifold, If that helps. Try an EA Falcon TB on as big an inlet man as possible. I think they have, roughly, weber spacing.

I was searching through old threads looking for god knows what and i found a rather long thread on adapting Ford Falcon 4.0L (EA-EB)6cyl motor Centre Point Injection. Apparently its the same as a Weber bolt pattern. I didnt read into it all but people were trying to get away with the original comp too!
Donno what car that would corrospond to in the US market.

by beattie on 2007/3/1 15:43:26 yeah my mate has one of these off an old Alfa or fiat or something, made by weber so it will bolt to a weber downdraught adapter, its just a butterfly with a big injector over the top. You can view topic.
