ALL A series cams from the 1974 & later design revision are directly interchangeable with each other, although the 'cam event' specs will vary from model to model. These are the 'rear positioned' distributor engines.

All 1974 & later A series cams can be used in the earlier A10 & 1200 engines if you abandon the original fuel pump & fit a blanking-off plate. [Front positioned distributor engines]

The earlier A10 & 1200 cams are not really useable in the 1974 & later engines as there is no gear to drive the rear positioned distributor on these cams.

doesnt sound all that "performance" to me...
has a longer duration that the standard ones, but basically the same rev range as stock though

marginal increase for street but if you want to have your old cam reground check out www.swmotorsports.com.au, he can do a 54/86 cam grind for $120 roughly, heaps more power all the way to 8000-9000rpm, with properly built bottom end and valve train
