IF you keep the RPMs revved up you should notice a little bit more power. The stock carb and exhaust are limited to about 5,000 RPM. To notice more power you could:
- Change to a larger carburetor (like Weber DGV)
- Upgrade to 1.75" diameter exhaust
- Rev it over 5,000 rpm

What do you mean by "correct" compression rate?

In old times there was a lot of talk about higher duration cams "needing" more compression, but during the 90s it was proved you make more power, regardless of compression ratio.

The GX cylinder heads have larger chambers, so compression will drop a bit compared to the "premium gas" GX engine. You should have exactly what the "regular gas" GX (twin carb) engine had. All factory stuff, the camshaft seems similar too. See A12GX Engine

two of mine...... sorry about the size

Whats the recommended cam specs for a blown A15, fast road?. I have heard its different from an NA.
