i didnt like the complete shaved look and still wanted a tailgate so just got rid of handles

Here's mine......
Looks a bit funny prior to lowering.

I left the hinges on for functionality.
I've heard of people shaving off the hinges & fitting the internal lever / linkage setup from a hilux, but I'm yet to see one in the flesh.

where can i buy 1 of those hardtops.
In my opinion shaved is SHAVED.
Mine just dosent have latches and bumper thingys cause i couldnt find them so my bro made latches up on the inside.
I would love a HARD TOP
