Red book price says a GTHO Phase3 is about $150k, if so why did my mate pay $460k...?

The car has been regoed for months, I drive it everyday...

I saw one in worse condition in a classic car yard on my last trip to Japan for $7kUS...

If its only worth $800-$1500AUD (which we all know there not in this condition) It will sit in storage or be wrecked out...

coz people are tight when it comes to parting with coin for a rare car thats almost 40yrs old...

1000 coupes came as manual only. This one's a 4 speed.
