whats the one with twin headlights in the front row? LC Lancer? Celica next to it and is that a Corolla behind the Merc?

The car next to the 1200 is a Renault and the car behind the Merc is a Corona.

At least some of those parking bays look to be wide enough to park a barge, yet some still can't manage to park in the middle. LOL.

I'm guessing the coupe next to the 1200 coupe is a Mitsubishi of some kind (Plymouth Arrow, maybe). Is the Charger a Mitsu?

This pic was taken in San Francisco 1974. Here "Charger" means Dodge Charger e.g. General Lee style.
