geeez and i thought vic roads legally proved a stock 120y couldnt even reach 120kmh! that lady the was caught for speeing on the ring road years ago for 167kmh or similar....

it toped out at 116kmh and they retracted her fines!

Lay off the standard 120y!
mine was a standard granny spec auto and it did a respectable 80 kmh.

Fitted a fresh gx head, 32/36 weber and gave everything a good flush out and...

+160kmh and could have gone faster if i had another 5km of road

I still consider it stock'ish

Must be one off those rair 120ys that come factory fitted RB26dett's lol. Ive pushed mine down the back straight of sandown and i reckon i was probly sitting on 200 and its defenatly not stock

my 1000 coupe was that fast the passanger front wheel used to pop of the ground when hitting 2nd gear.

i mean i dont question the ability for a 120y to do 264km/h lol itd just umm have to be ummm very modified to the point that there is hardly any 120 in that y.

well you guys suck i topped at 264km/h in my stock 120y i bought it on saturday

my 720 does 140 in 3rd Go the mighty L18 & 5spd!!! Doesnt like to go faster... even when you do change gear!

I had the 1000 wags off the clock (100mph) with a A12, weber and exhaust with 4.11:1 diff and 1000 4spd.

What Datsun to buy? EASY, get a 1000. Best Datto for a daily. Throw a A12 in with a few bolt on bits and your laughing! Well i was when i was holding off a VR
