Cheers sidedraught the picture on the left is one of the plates i got from shape cut .
the pic on the right is the turbo set up i got off harry L18 b110 its made from light gauge tubing .I had no problems with it warping or cracking under heat. theres more pics in my photo album of it before i sold it to tyrie. The last i heard dog 160 was using it in his race car .
Theres also a place called tube bend on the gold coast that sells the tubing for the intake runners they only do mendrel bend and there cheep they have a variety of bends in different metals shapes and sizes .cheers geoff

I am seeing these sort of things on ebay, pretty cheap ($150 US) brand new.

So if one of these places were to make them it might be even cheaper than first thought, maybe they are made in china.

yep ive been looking too...170 AUD not bad, if we are able to pick one up with same spacing as the a12 head we could cut the flange of and use TNP shows flanges and have something well under 300AUD..

YES!!! I just need a turbo manifold... what would the cost be? I am so there if we do a group buy, i bet a few others here in the states too...
i have a round port a15 burns lpg, need a turbo to push the CR up to where it makes lots of power...

i'd be using teh standard intake manifold if at all possible.

I like this design, it seems light easy to do yourself and neat too. This is on ebay for a 4AGE..

that 4age manifold it ohk but im sure some energy from flowing exhaust gases would be wasted when sharply intersecting as it does.
The manifold that has been keeping my attention is this one:

Its not to complicated, flows nicely and is neat.
Maybe for clearance the turbo could be pointed down further? or maybe itd then hit engine mount
Either way id be keen to make myself a manifold like this is if i couldnt get one from this group buy.
