sujestions on cheap conversions for 74 120y i have ca20 converstion in another but i want more of a daily and as a14/a15 are becomeing hard to come by and expensive im looking for an cheap and easy conversion.

Or if anyone wants to sell a complete a12, a14, a15 id gladly buy it.

What about L18 as a cheap conversion. I understand they drop in pretty easily.

If you are having trouble coming up with an A14, you are simply not looking as they were popular & widely used. Australian Sunny Sportswagons used them, & if you are lucky enough to find a real late-build one, it could have its original A15 still in place.

to drop the L18 in you need to get yourself a 180b crossmember and controlarms and struts and stuff....then the engine should more or less bolt in

iv looked and all i could find was some in south australia and that was 750 nothing on it at all so its more the money issue

if a 180b crossmember isnt available, then a 240k one works....thats what the guy that bought my ute diff had in his 120y to fit an l20b
only probalem is he had some wheel clearance issues

C110 or C210?

4 or 6?

I know where there is a C210 and a C110

both L24 powered

good question, if they both had l24s then id say they would both use the same crossmember....already had a 180b crossmember for mine so didnt ask to many questions about what exact model it was from
