I have one from a sunny sedan you can have for nothing, but it would have to be couriered at your cost.

Sounds good mate.

If you run an under-dash bar then I dont think you need the cross braced side intrusion bars, you can just have a single one down near the sill. This is my plan so it can be semi-legal.

How far does the front hoop legs intrude into the door space if you dont cut the dash? I have bit the bullet and decided mine needs to be cut (dont worry its a stuffed one Chris).

Are you going to use carpet or paint the floor white?

want some more questions haha?

Im 99.9% sure its mild steel (the bloke was going on about it being cold drawn steel as per cams specs), its being tig welded, six point and comes with certificates etc.

I was going half cage but Ive been waiting that long may as well go hell for leather and do it properly. Only thing is I dont want it to go through my dash pad so it will have to be attached to the A pillar and then straight down to the floor.

I was going to get side intrusion bars but they can be added later on.

Hey Sean what kind of cage are you going? Chrome molly or mild steel? And 6 point?

Cheers

Thats cool mate, I hate organising postage for people too. I cant wait very long as the car has to be in primer next week to go for cage etc. pm if you have a change of heart, I dont think it would meet aussie post specs either, too long.

I've got one.. but you'd need to wait for me to drive to adelaide for a Nationals. I'm not even slightly keen to organise packing or post.

Good Luck all the same.

That would be great if you could mate,

I need this piece under the bumper, just the outer curved part from seam to seam, If you could cut about 20mm wider than the seam and up under the bumper would be fantastic.

See how you go!
