I don't get where you're going mate, at my old work all internet traffic was monitored as well, emails could be blocked and all that. In fact they got to the point where only the intranet and work related sites were available, this is what your quote is getting at, no?

The seller has had Datsuns for years & still has his SR20T powered 1200 Coupe racer although it hasn't raced in a while.
