Compare these sizes before making a decision. The smaller sizes give good clearance under the front & allow full steering lock. The bigger & wider the tyre, the more, & greater the problems.

Original cross ply tyre. [600x12] 575mm dia
Optional radial tyre. ...[155R 12] 554mm dia

185/60/13. ............................ 552mm dia [my preference for the front]
195/60/13. ............................ 564mm dia [second choice]
205.60/13. ............................ 576mm dia [my choice for rears]

The 205 matches the original cross ply size & will keep your speedo more accurate, while the 185 matches the original radial size & will provide plenty of clearance, even with lowered springs & this is what I run on my 1200 Coupe with 6" rims. It als provides a little rubber 'rake' which is a look that I like.
