b4 rebuild i ran 15psi all day everyday and previous owner ran 17psi to run a 12.90

i rebuilt and added \/ \/

remapped ecu/3inch zorst/t28bb/fresh rebuild with forgies/metal headgasket 1.3mm/cooler

and im runnig 16psi feels strong aiming for 20/22 give or take with a re-tune

i ran open boost one night went to 20psi (probally further as my guage only goes to 20 ha ha) but that was enuff for me to pop a headgasket. thats was on the stock motor b4 rebuild with a t25g

i would stay on or below 15psi and i would do a compression test first if wildely uneven keep the boost down..

with injectors. i want to know what ones DIRECTLY BOLT-IN to the ca18det. iv almost bought 2sets (that people claim are direct bolt-in) to have people check them out and say they wont fit.. iv heard the gtr injectors are but im abit over causious now

any help please.. sorry for the hijack

I've heard GTR ones are the go, or a cheaper alternative is VR4 galant 450CC/Min low impedance injectors

VR4s use a resistor pack to have the ECU see them as high impedance. I put high impedance 550's out of a 13BT into my old VR4 & bypassed the resistors, so I assume you could do similar for a CA18 ECU? Tho if they are low impedance they would be direct swap IIRC
