I WIN!!!!!!!!

I'm 6'5" tall and fit fine in my ute.

My secret is nissan exa seats. I'm not sure what year model but i think around 85 or so. They sit real low and are overall quite thin. I'm just going to get them re upholstered and puffed up with cushioning a little to make them a bit more comfy. Check pics out here!

Not the best pic of the seats themselves but may help you other tall guys to identify the year model that the exa seats came out of.

Cheers
Trav

Hay BeastofBurden, the Gemini seats actually bolted into 3 of the 4 origional mounting holes, I just fabed up a small bracket out of 25x25 angle. I can get some pics if you want but after reading about Travs EXA seats I might go them one day. I just want a little more room, if the seat could go back another inch or 2 it would be SWEET.

I always wanted a ute for daily stuff, but at 6'6" and 120 kgs I'm pleased I never tried one on.

The coupe is ok (I set the seat back to the cage, and down, as well as a 4" spacer for the wheel), but I've been looking at it lately and it wouldn't take much to get damaged or trapped in an off. Much as I like the Datto, a bigger car probably would be safer.

isnt one of the main reasons you got a 1200 because they are so small, light and just so dam cool?
I probably ouldnt like 1200's half as much as i do if they were the same size as half the crap on the road. The smaller and more go kartier, the better.
