This must be a way late model one, all the ones i seen here had a black ignitor box on the side, but still 2 wires. i think both go to the coil and they are +/- so one is ground and one is +12...
but check, since i have a weird ignition setup.. I use the coil + as power to my ignition box, use a seperate ground and use the coil - as a trigger signal for the ignition box. my coil is run by the ignition box directly.

Yeh i would say they bot goto the coil. Logic would say that the blue one would be positive and black negitive. But these are the exact same wire colours as a E15 electronic dizzy and they are the opposite way around. black/white is pos and blue is neg.

Try wiring it up, if it doesnt fire, swap em!

looks like you might want a fresh rotor too... Sure won't hurt...

it's interesting that that rotor has like the circular notches, all the ones i've seen here had a smooth radius.

Did you get this sorted Cheater?

I picked up an E15 dizzy the other day and it is the same.

The blue wire goes to the coil minus (-) and the black wire with the white stripe goes to the dizzy plus (+)

If you cock up the polarity, chances are you'll root it. Post a pic of the underside of the dizzy if it's not in the motor already. My NOS electronic dizzy has a clip on cap.

Blue goes to negative side of coil, Black/white goes to positive side of coil. Make sure you change the coil to suit electronic, wrong coil can also damage dizzy.
