@minnesh

What exactly is it that you want to modify?
Do you want to install a 4 link suspention into the back or fit a tramp bar that prevents tramping.

Oh ok. You just gave the answer to my question.

Only way to increase traction is to fit stickier and wider tyres.
Suspention can only do up to a point.

extending the rear shackle mounts does 2 things:
1) raises the ride height
2) changes the diff pinion angle

the latter can alter the way the car puts power down. But it is better done with wedges fitted between the diff and springs. You will need an expert to measure the diff pinion angle to determine if you need to alter it. Remember also that under power the diff pinion angle will change - it will rotate upward at the front of the pinion due to torque reaction - how far depends on your springs and anything else you have on the back. one of the things that 4links and tramp rods do is help to minimise dynamic changes in pinion angle.

@Minnesh
I already have your number.Gave you a call once in the past.
Will contact you after 8 tonight on free airtime.
Something else. What about modifying the position of the fuel tank to be more towards the back of the car. Will shift weight more to the back wheels to increase downwards weight.If you know what I mean. To be honest, trial and error is the only way you will be able to determine what works and what not. When are you guys coming to Bloemfontein for a drag race event? Would love to meet.Can organize everything for you.Guesthouse for cheap, etc.
